African Grey Parrots (Psittacus erithacus) are highly intelligent and many of these birds have been shown to perform at the cognitive level of a 4 to 6 year old human child in some tasks. They are one of the most talented talking / mimicking birds on the planet. They have earned the moniker “The Einsteins of the Bird World”.

Jardine’s Parrot

The Jardine’s Parrot (Poicephalus gulielmi) is also known as the Red-Fronted Parrot. It is a medium-sized mainly green parrot distributed across wide areas of Africa. It has three subspecies. The extent and shade of the red or orange plumage on its head, thighs, and bend of wings vary depending on the subspecies.

Madagascar Love Birds

The Madagascar Love Bird (Agapornis canus) is also known as the Grey Headed Lovebird. They are the smallest of the Lovebird species. They are strong fliers and develop good speed quickly and effortlessly. The species is sexually dimorphic.

Rupplles Parrot

The Rüppell’s Parrot (Poicephalus rueppellii) is a bird which lives in Savannah where there are tress or in dry woodland. It is more common near streams and rivers. These birds are sexually dimorphic.

Senegal Parrot

The Senegal Parrot (Poicephalus senegalus) makes migrations within West Africa, according to the availability of fruits, seeds and blossoms which make up its diet. The Senegal Parrot is a small stroke medium sized parrot that is quieter, gentler, and calmer than most pet parrot species.
